As a psychotherapist, I believe in the impact therapy in the impact counseling has on people who are having emotional and behavioral difficulties in their lives and relationships. I work with mostly adults and couples while focusing on resolving their immediate problems (here-and-now) while incorporating insight-oriented work. In therapy, we will define the goals you want to establish in your life and in working with me. I will guide and support you work through feelings and actions that move you toward your goals.

You will also gain clarity about and better access to your strength and personal resources. The therapeutic process will help you make different and more thoughtful and constructive decisions, feel more in control of your life, and become more self-accepting.
